GOLF SPECIFIC TRAINING

Rhythm. Speed. Power.

We all play for that moment of pure connection. A moment of truth. Golf is an honest game that leaves no place to hide. Every round is an opportunity to learn something about yourself — patience, frustration, focus, the ability to recover from a bad shot and show up fully for the next one. The beauty in golf is that it is more than just a game, it’s a mirror, and a journey of self-discovery.

Training your body for golf is about more than distance or mechanics. It’s about building a relationship with yourself that holds up under pressure — on the course and off. Taking care of your wrists, shoulders, spine, hips and ankles will ensure that you can deliver power to the ball for years to come.

THE BODY–SWING CONNECTION

While every golf swing is unique to the golfer, the need for an efficient swing is universal. Our program begins by understanding how your body moves. From there, we can identify specific opportunities to build strength and improve mobility, allowing you to safely add more speed and power to your swing.

We will develop data driven programs to build stability, strength, and power that lets you stay focused and connected through all 18 holes.

What's included?

Available in person only**

  • 15-Point Physical Screen (discover underlying cause for negative swing characteristics)

  • Strength Assessment- knowing your strength baselines helps set training priorities

  • Power Assessment- where are your best opportunities to access more power, or better coordinate the power you have?

  • Force Plate Analysis* - Ground force puts the energy in the swing. This technology allows you to see and feel how you channel energy from the ground.

  • 3D Motion Capture*- See your swing in real time. The kinematic sequence is the flow of energy from the ground to the ball. An efficient sequence delivers efficient power.

Why TPI?

I chose to join the Titleist network because they set the standard in golf performance.  T.P.I. has spent over two decades studying how a body moves

through a golf swing. They have a holistic approach that aligns with my values and respects the unique individuality of each golfer.

Physical limitations are frustrating. Restrictions in the hip or spine may cause a lack of rotational control — these show up as swing faults, and they also show up as frustration, inconsistency, and the quiet sense that your body is working against you instead of with you.

I am committed to deliver a golf fitness experience that exceeds your expectations. As a TPI fitness professional I know my program is only as good as the assessment we begin with. Every relationship starts with a basic physical screening along with speed and power assessments. From there we will develop your individualized training program focused on budling a body that can safely generate power and speed swing after swing.

What Changes?

Power becomes available without force. The swing finds its rhythm. And somewhere in that process, something shifts — not just in your game, but in how you carry yourself.
